German Red is a full bodied strong, spicy and robust Rocambole that produces large satiny white and purple heads. Brought to this country by early German immigrant, it has 7 to 9 easily peeled cloves that set the standard for true garlic flavor. It grows particularly well in colder climates. It is great for salsa.

  • Resembling a hardneck garlic, elephant garlic is actually a member of the leek family and has a mild garlic flavor. Averaging 3 to 5 cloves per bulb, bulbs can weigh up to 1 lb each. Our large bulbs range from 1/4 to 1/2 lb per bulb.
