No pesticides or herbicides are ever used. Each bulb is hand planted from naturally grown seed in late October and lovingly tended until harvest in late June and July. Garlic is carefully removed from the soil by hand, inspected and hung within our drying barn until cured. Each bulb is then cleaned, inspected and readied for shipment.
